Exhibitors will set up on Monday, July 12, and be available until the end of the symposium presentations on Wednesday evening. Viewing is especially encouraged during the coffee breaks and a special social hour with exhibitors on Tuesday evening.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Perks

• Exhibitors will have first-hand access to speakers and attendees with space allotted for equipment and displays.
• Sponsors are given space in the exhibit hall to display promotional material.
• Sponsors will have a placard of their logo prominently displayed during their event.
• Option to submit promotional material for distribution in attendee registration packets. Items must be received by July 1, 2010.
